The Great Blue Heron has been helpful to me as a symbol of feminine strength and self reliance. Simple observation of this magnificent bird shows us the power of being able to wade through "deep waters" unafraid. The wisdom in living a balanced life. And always, their absolute grace is a joy to behold.

As with all of my jewelry in this line, I hand-carved the original in a hard wax then had it cast in reclaimed sterling silver.

Bought one for myself and one for my aunt, and we both love them. They're detailed, nicely - exactly as pictured - and the weirdest part is that they're surprisingly light without feeling cheap at all. Normally when you get a ring like this, you expect it to either have weight to it or feel fake, but this doesn't. It's thin, but unbending (sizes are very true on this one - I think she and I were half a size apart, and you can tell the difference), and just feels good and real. Would 100% trust this seller again.
